Logged into Apple Music on a PC and it won't play my music or any music

When logging on and trying to listen to apple music on a PC a message appears saying "Item not available in your country. Try switching back to your account's registered storefront."

Ya I saw it. That didn’t work. What I ended up doing was logging in on Apple Music CANADA and I was able to have full access to my music and Apple Music.
