How can I change this to an hour or more?

It is hard to interpret a message with so little background information. The only thing I can think of is:
Use a passcode with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Click here --> http://support.apple.com/HT204060
--> section at bottom "If an alert says to change your passcode or you can't adjust your passcode settings"
