My screen is broken and I cannot unlock it, but every time i try to restore it stops at the very end

Have another computer handy? If not, ask a friend if you may use theirs.

To get this serviced, you would Either:

• Or Send it in for Send-In Service. Consider including note, such as where you notice things like heat.  Go Here fore More: Send-In Service - Include Handwritten Notes with the Packaging

Contacting Apple Support:

• Contact Us - Choose Locations
• Ask to speak with the Apple Store Staff
• Proceed from there as necessary

Why the Wait:

Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due do lots of calls. And this makes sense, because with the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
