I got a mail stating apple TV charges..i have not subscribed or used this service. y should i pay?

This sounds like a scam. Don't follow any links in it. You can check your account by going direct to Apple's page - please see https://support.apple.comHT201382 which tells you how to check your purchases and if necessary contact Support.
