hello i just got a iphone 12 pro and not all my stuff was downloaded how do i transfer it back to my new phone from my old

Transfer Data from old iPhone to new-

Do you have a backup created either on iCloud or on your computer?

You might need to factory reset your 12 pro, to do that go to SETTING>GENERAL>RESET>ERASE ALL CONTENT AND SETTINGS..........But most importantly make sure that you do not have anything too important such as new photos or anything valuable to you on your 12 pro.

I recommend that you go back to that store and take both iPhones with you. Ask them to transfer the data for you.
