Does iCloud store video games

I accidentally deleted a video game. Can it be restored?

No.

iCloud and iTunes will only store backup data.

When you deleted the app, you deleted the app and all data inside of the app,

If you had a previous backup of this data, it maybe recoverable once the app is reinstalled, but any current game progress data will be gone.
