Synchronise after reset

I had to Reset my daughter’s iPad. (Reset all setting, part of reset)

How could the screen time setting be synchronised with my iPhone again? After resetting her iPad, I understand some setting are deleted and I have to set them up again but they are not synchronised with my iPhone now. 

On my phone, if I look at the screen time page of my daughter’s iPad, the Apps limit and Downtime etc are as there were (before resetting her iPad).

So, the setting of her device on my phone has not been changed/reset, but the setting of her iPad was deleted when I reset her iPad, so I can set up manually but they are not synchronised now. 

Do I need to reset my phone as well? 

How can I synchronise my phone and her iPad again?
