Doesn't work "request a refund"

Hello. I was taking a trial subscription to a meditation app. Then I canceled my subscription at the end of the trial period because I didn't like the app. But after some time, my husband noticed that the money was debited from the credit card for the subscription. I contacted the application support and they answered that I can request money through iTunes. When I go to iTunes, I see this app in the shopping list. But when I select "request a refund" the application disappears from the list and I cannot request a refund.

When you cancel the subscription Apple will still take the money for the original subscription. When you request a refund and Apple grants a refund, you will get that money returned to you but it takes time. After you request a refund you'll receive a status update by email within 48 hours. If your request is granted, the money is returned to the payment method you used. The time it takes for the money to appear on your account or statement depends on the payment method:

- Store credit (e.g., Apple ID balance): 48 hours

- Mobile phone billing (payment through your phone service carrier): Up to 60 days

- Other payment methods (e.g., credit/debit card): Up to 30 days for it to appear on a statement.

Click here --> https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
