AppleTV: video won't load.

Error message this morning -- there was a problem loading the video, check internet connection. Internet connection Excellen, speed Good. All other streaming services are working fine.


I don't have an AppleTV, just subscribe to the streaming service through a Roku device. Subscription is paid up to date; it was working the last time I tried it, several days ago. Ideas?

Thanks for your reponse! Unfortunately, none of the possibilities on that list solved the problem. I'm unable to contact support online because a serial number is required, and I'm not reporting a problem with equipment, so don't have a serial number. I didn't submit a trouble report.
