Can't locate my apple watch
my watch is not visible on find my it allows me to send a sound? But I can't hear any sounds anywhere in my house when I push that and i am positive my watch is dead. What do I do

if it has run out of power it would not be able to play a sound
If your Apple Watch is lost or stolen - Apple Support
other than that then if you fear it's stolen you and it's the cellular model you should have your carrier block it
and of cause contact your local law enforcements and your insurance company
