Me and my husband are on the family share iCloud. He purchased movies on his iCloud account on applets Can I gain access to those movies with out being on HIS account and if so how?

You don't have to be on his account, however, you must be on the family sharing. as long as you are, search for the same movie on iTunes or apple tv, and download. it should say purchased by "husband's name or icloud account".
