Hi! If i order a new iPhone 13 pro and want to do a trade in for my IPhone 11, when do I have to trade in my iPhone 11? Will it wait till i have recived the new phone?

Yes. The send the trade in box and label at around the same time as the phone ships. You have 14 days after receipt of the return box to send it back. Also see: Apple Trade In - Apple
