Settings (logging into gmail)

So for the past couple months, I’ve been having an issue with logging into my gmail account. When I go to add my gmail, it of course goes to the portal for you to put in my email. And that’s as far as it will go. It will just load and load and .... ya... more loading.


for some reason, no matter how I try and no matter if it is through another app... it won’t go past that point. This has made things difficult because the company I have created. Most of my contact with customers are through gmail. Plus I’m on the road a lot. I really need this fixed please.


I just got this iPhone 11 and am disappointed so far just because of this problem.. other than that, I’d love this phone. If it doesn’t get fix, I’ll be forced to get a different phone..

If you cannot sign-in using the Gmail app, I would first delete the app and all its data then re-download the app from the App Store to ensure you have the most recent version downloaded. If that doesn't fix it Google Support would be the appropriate company to seek help from.

If you are linking your Gmail email address to your Mail App on your iPhone you may need to first change some settings for your Gmail account then set up that account on your iPhone.

Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support


Lastly, you mentioned this is related to a company you own. The issue could with your workplace account authentication. The device may need a configuration profile installed in order to access the network. This is something you would want to check with an IT employee about. Since you are the owner the network or google administrator would be best.
