I went to update my iphone XR to iOS15 and it’s been going from the apple logo to a black screen on rotation for about 4 hours now. No loading bar or anything just the apple logo to a black screen and back to the apple logo. Is this normal when updating and if not how do i fix this? I’m unable to use my phone.

If this does not resolve the issue you may have to do a force update/restore via a windows PC with iTunes or a Mac:https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210616
