iPhone 13 Pro Max defect

Hello,

I just received my iPhone 13 Pro Max today and it’s seems like there is a gap between the glass screen and the metal body and I can see a bit of the silver internal components. Has this happened to anyone else? Should I return? I am worried about any or moisture or dust getting in there.

Sort of a “buzz kill” after unwrapping your “top-of-the-line” iPhone. 😕

Don’t overlook that you’re also within Apple’s very generous 14-day return window.

Doubtful that you’ll need to “play that card” …

… but you should know that you’re “holding it in your hand.”

You should completely “wipe” the phone and remove it from your AppleID before returning it to Apple.
