Mac Air getting frozen and reporting error

Hi,

I'm getting this error message for last two days and system is restarting. I'm unable to access any apps as it gets frozen while using any application. BTW I'm using Mac AIR early 2015 Intel i5 with Flash HDD.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.6

..sganesh18:

The system logs may show "Kernel Panic" or some such message.

Sometimes a thing to try & do would be to restart in Safe mode.

There are details to using Safe mode. To Exit later, use a simple restart.
