How to mark mail message as "Not junk" in macOS Monterey?

I no longer see the icon to mark a mail message as "not junk", nor do I see a menu item for that, even though mail help tells me I can still mark a message as not junk. How am I supposed to do this?

That's a lot of links and no answer to my question.

Yes, Junk. mail filtering is enabled.

I am looking at a specific message that has been inaccurately marked as junk. There used to be an option to market as "Not junk". Not every sender of non-junk mail needs to be added to my contacts. Sometimes they are simply "Not junk".

And there was a simple button to click to mark such messages 'not junk' once. No dragging to inbox or adding to contacts required, and gradually my junk filtering did get better with using this option.

Is that button as dead as Monty Python's Norwegian Blue Parrot?

Crtl-click does not offer a 'not junk' option either.

Is your Junk Mail enabled? Mail>Preferences>Junk

Ah.....it's another discoverable tiny icon issue:

this same icon switches sides when the item was previously marked as junk.

And it now automatically moves the messages to the inbox where they must be deleted again--if it's one you want to see, saw enough, and want to delete as it is--to decrease chances that future messages from that sender end up as junk. So the 'not junk' button is dead dead dead and now it is a 'not junk and move to inbox', not quite the same thing.

But these tiny icons without labels make it tricky as the screen pixels get smaller but eyes do not get sharper with time!

Thank you.
