HomePod music library error

Today i said hey Siri play some music. Which i have always done since the day i got 4 HomePod minis. And the usual response is “here’s a playlist just for you”

today was “there is nothing in your music library”

which is not true because i subscribe to Apple Music and have thousands of paid songs on my account. Anyone else deal with this / resolve

yes yes i can pick songs and play them but that is not what the question about, the question is about why does the HomePod routine change and how to fix.

thanks

Try power cycling the HomePod. If that doesn't help sign out of your Apple ID in the Home app, then sign in again.
