Texts sent from my iPhone OR my Mac do not get delivered to android devices. What's wrong?
When I sent a text to another iPhone, the message turns blue and is marked as delivered. If it's going to android, it turns green and the carrier line at the top never completes. I'm not sure what MMS message is. Cellular data is on, as is Data Roaming, LTE and Low Data Mode.

ask your phone carrier text message is their feature.
Are these SMS or MMS messages? If MMS, make sure cellular data is not turned off. MMS requires cellular data and cannot use wifi.
SMS - nothing but text.
MMS - text and picture or data (still a green message as it is handled by the carrier’s SMS system)
iPhone text to Android phones
