Great, please follow the steps in the link I provided for how to reset or restore the device. Your device is an Apple TV HD model.
You can also simply unplug it from it's power source for 2-3 minutes and then plug it in again and test. If the problem persists then you will need to take it to your local Apple Store or independent Apple Authorized Service Provider.
