My MacBook Air 11 inch (2015) crash often despite using the latest OS Monterey

My MacBook Air 11 inch (2015) crash often despite installing the latest OS Monterey. This has been going on since the last update to Catalina. Have followed some of the advises given through internet. Used Cleanmymac to clean of any virus. Laptop is installed with minimal application. The laptop seem to crash when it is kept idle, more often. grateful for any suggestions.

Hi,

You didn't provide the crash log, though try to check your MacBook Air with Apple Diagnostics if kernel crash is caused by hardware related issue.

If it doesn't help, I mean if it doesn't report any error, you'd better make Genius Bar reservation if your local retail AppleStore is open or find opened local Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Air.
