How do I remove old phone number from Apple ID that I recently changed to new number? I can not receive codes.

If you no longer have access to that phone number attached to that Apple ID, you need to start account recovery.

To start account recovery you need to know....
During the account recovery setup, you will be prompted to enter code using that old phone number, you need to select "don't have access to this number" at the bottom.
Apple Support cannot speed up the account recovery wait time

I changed numbers and my Apple ID is still attached to old number which is owned by someone else I still have my Apple ID and password but I need to get the old number off my account as the primary number because I can’t receive any codes
