I can’t get rid of one app…

I deleted a app and I checked in settings and it’s still there? I also checked in the App Store and says it’s install. I’ve tried to delete the app in iPhone storage but the app does not appear??

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 15

If you want to be sure that the app has really been removed from the iPhone, use App Library to find the app, see this Apple article: Organize the Home Screen and App Library on your iPhone

If it says “Open” it is in the app library. If it was actually deleted it would just show a cloud download icon. If you are using Screen Time, go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions/iTunes & App Store Purchases - Change Deleting Apps to Allow.

Then go back and try deleting the app again.
