Hi! A month ago, I downloaded an application to my device and this is a subscription to the application fee. At that time, I had trial subscription options and I didn't know if there were any apps that would automatically renew when it was due. By yesterday, Apple had deducted 399,000 VND from my account and knowing this I sent a refund request. As of now, Apple has accepted its refund request and guarantees that it has been refunded. However, when I checked my bank account, there was still no money transferred to my account.

Is this do not down in too the money or do must wait more?

Because I'm currently in a blockade area and can't go abroad to top up my account, but I have to transfer everything to buy or order anything. I really need this money right now. If anyone knows, please help me. I thank you!

If your refund is approved, the funds are applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item.

According to Apple, here's how long it takes for a refund to appear on your account or statement:

Store credit—It might take up to 48 hours to see the refund in your Apple ID balance.

Mobile phone billing—It might take up to 60 days for the statement to show the refund. Processing time might be affected by your carrier. You can contact your carrier for an update.

All other payment methods—It might take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund. If you don't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution.
