I wanted to buy a subscription to icloud, but when paying, it gives an error stating that the payment details are not filled in, I fill them in, and again gives this error, but when paying in stores, apple pay works

We understand that you're unable to upgrade your iCloud subscription. Restart your iPhone, be sure you're running the latest software version in Settings > General > Software Update. If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store has a few steps to review to ensure payment details are working as they should.
