I’m unable to pay for subscriptions

My payment method has constantly been declined for sometime now, they keep telling me to update my payment method. When really there is nothing to update it I can’t even pay for my extra iCloud space again. It’s just so frustrating. I’ve logged out of my iCloud and back, I’ve changed my iCloud password, I’ve done some resets but to no avail.
