Getting home made iMovies to iPad

I just made a IMovie and I want to copy it to my iPad. It used to just show up in the iPad now it doesn't. How does one get your home made iMovies from an iMac to your iPad for showing?

Using Catalina 10.15.7.

That did it,

Import home videos to your library

You can import video files so that you can watch them in the Apple TV app.

  1. In the Apple TV app  on your Mac, choose File > Import.
  2. Locate a video file on your Mac, then click Open.
  3. Imported videos appear in the Home Videos category in the sidebar of your library.

For other users who need same question answered - Still need to sync movie by attaching your iPhone/iPad to iMac and select movie and Sync.

thank you
