stuck shift key can't boot into usb install menu or disk utilities

how do I boot into disk utilities or usb installer with a stuck shift key? and its always booting into safe mode I just have to reset nvram to bring it back to normal mode.


is there another way to boot into the usb installer menu without replacing the whole keyboard?

You can boot to the installer indirectly by holding down the option key while booting. Till you see the apple logo. then it should show all disk volume options to boot to. Click on the one you want.
