I have macOS Sierra and I can not update to newer version. I do not have updates in the app store.

Please advise how to update my MacBook Air early 2015.

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and click on High Sierra, Mojave, Catalina, Big Sur, or Monterey.

Catalina and newer won't run 32-bit software; download and use Go64 to scan for it. To look up other programs, click here.
