i need help ASAP

hello! so my uncle doesn’t have an iphone and yet apple store have charged him 100BGN for apps he has “bough” (he’s a samsung user) from the cellular service company said that this a scam that they see very often and i need to contact apple support in order to get a refund. please help me 🙏🏻

If he got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.


If the charges came from someone pretending to be Apple or the payment method involved has been compromised, contact its issuer.
