Payment

iTunes Store has advised me that there is a problem with my payment information and my ICloud + will be downgraded.

How can this be since there has been no change since my last payment in January?

I cannot co tact anyone to sort it out!

Hello ~ Go ahead an contact support as this is Apple’s way to let you know that there may be an issue with your account.


If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'


Contact through link or by going to upper right hand corner and click on Get Support or:


Contact Apple for support and service


Contact - Official Apple Support


You will have to contact Apple. I have listed couple ways to do so and you may also go to upper right hand corner and click on Get Support.
