Refund for iTunes purchase

I claimed to get a refund on a mistaken purchase on iTunes store and the claim was accepted and the status of the claim is “refunded”. However the refund has not been deposited. Note: i did remove the payment method that was used to deduct the initial purchase and added in a new card.

Approved refunds take up to 30 days for most payment methods, and won't be affected by changing the one on file. Click here for more information.


If the one used is no longer valid or it's already been that long, ask your financial institution or the iTunes Store staff.
