iPhone 13 pro/pro max call quality issues

Anybody else experiencing call quality issues on the iPhone 13 pro and pro max? All I hear is background noise if someone is on the road and not the person speaking. Seems to be an issue with noise cancellation. The quality of the call also sounds extremely “tinny” like they’re speaking through a can. Third iPhone and they are all the same. I imagine this is a fault which Apple needs to review.
