Sidecar not working on M1 Pro 16"

Hello.

I just bought a 16" M1Pro Macbook and I haven't been able to use Sidecar with my 11" iPad Pro, I just keep getting the "Time out" message... Both devices are running the latest OS (Monterrey 12.2.1 and iPad OS 15.3.1). I've restarted them, airplay, bluetooth and Handoff are enabled, same WiFi, not working even with wired connection... Never had an issue with apple products and I'm feeling bad after spending so much money... Please help!!
