Check your device list to see if there is a device signed in that is your Wife's. You can remove the device using the steps in the article below. Then change your password.

Is her phone number on your Apple ID? You need to remove the number on your Apple ID. Look in the Security section when signed in online. You may have to add the new number before you can remove the old number. After the change, allow up to 24 hours for the change to sync.
