Disabling find my mac

Hi! How can I disable the find my mac function if the device is not online?

I need to disable the find my mac, but not lose the data stored on the device.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.1

FindMy is an app that by design uses the internet. If you have no internet connection, you can only disable it on the device you have with you.
