AppleTV not syncing Gamecenter saved games

Hi! Subscribed to Apple Arcade last year, and played several games on AppleTV and an iPad, with same iCloud & Game center accounts. Suddenly stopped syncing on both devices, all game progress gone.

Achievements still show on the Game Center but every saved game is gone.

Tried signing out of both devices, all accounts and signing back in (as per community suggestions, other threads). Didn't work. Did this several times with no success. :((( Any ideas would be appreciated.

Let's see how we can assist with getting your game saves to sync with all of your devices.

Are you having any issues on other devices with accessing all of your game saves? This link will help Check your Apple ID device list to see where you're signed in.

You also mentioned that you use the same Apple ID for both iCloud and Game Center on both devices, but are you using two separate accounts, or just one for everything?
