MacBook Pro caps lock

I’m currently locked out of my MacBook Pro and I am unable to get back in because my caps lock is stuck on. Please help! I am getting so frustrated.

Use an External Keyboard.

See what happens when you plug an external keyboard into your Mac. If you do not have the correct connector, then this is likely the adapter to use: USB-C to USB Adapter - Apple
