Hello. I bought a MacBook Air a few years ago from a third party. I think like Craigslist. I don’t remember and I have been using it fine since well about 4 months ago I tried to factory reset it it and now it locked me out and is using the previous owners ID. I have no way to contact them or anything. I have no proof of purchase it was a long time ago. It is on my find my iPhone and the serial number is on my device account. How can I fix this?
