Contact the IT folks that have supervised the device; this device really isn’t (while supervised) yours to control.

Any and all discussions of ownership aside, operationally and device-management-wise, this is not “your device”.

That’s what a supervised device means.

It’s managed by others.

If you want it to be “your device”, then contact the IT folks that supervised the device.

You'll have to talk to whoever put it there.
