My phone will not allow me to switch the toggle on for WiFi ?

you can try to restart your settings app by double clicking the home button then swiping up on settings or if you have later iPhone models drag up on your phone then to the side. Once this happens slide up on settings.

if this does not work

Try restarting your iPhone by holding the off button until it gives you the option to shut down.

if that does not not work try updating your phone, if not already on the latest update
