iCloud Backup is not working

Hi Mates,

I am unable to make a backup in my cloud although I have enough space of 200 Gb in my iCloud also is it possible to transfer the data from my iPhone 6 to XS Max without using icloud ??

icloud - If you can't back up to iCloud - Apple Support
