My macbook pro already had mirosoft office on it but powerpoint disappeared. I tried to reinstall from apps but it was the wrong one and now I've not my subscription.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.13

You're going to need to ask Microsoft about that.

Contact a third-party vendor - Apple Support:

Find Microsoft products on Microsoft's website and the App Store.
