Bought a used iPad to add a yard sale device has been blocked by find my phone I’ve already wiped it but it still won’t let me in I plugged it into my iTunes account logged into Wi-Fi but it still says it’s locked by find my phone

Hello ~ Unless the original owner can remove this you can recycle it responsibly….Apple will not unlock it. It’s activation locked. Apple will not give out any information about the previous owner either. You can take it back to the yard sale you bought it at and perhaps they can properly prepare it or give you your money back. What does the actual message say? Take a look here:
