Do what the message says. Go to that URL (https://support.apple.com/HT208856), it has a link to contact Apple Support directly for that specific issue.

Also I will request the image be removed to protect your privacy since it contains your email address.

I don't think this community will be able to help you here, you'll need to contact Apple Support directly so they can tell you what's going on. Also, your email address is visible in the screenshot you posted - for privacy reasons, I would remove or edit it to censor that personal information out.
