How to do this on your iPhone?

  1. Tap Settings, tap your name, then tap Media & Purchases.
  2. Tap View Account. You might be asked to sign in.
  3. Scroll down, then tap Remove This Device.


See this link for further reference View and remove your devices that are associated with Apple ID purchases - Apple Support


Also you can go to settings>your name, and see the list of devices under your name tap the device you want to remove, then tick remove
