iPhone Not notifying received Messages

Hello,

I’m not sure what has caused it, but I don’t receive any banners, badges, etc. whenever I get a message. Notifications for the app are on and I’ve tried shutting down my phone and resetting the Network Settings multiple times yet it doesn’t work. Focus mode isn’t on either.
