Respondus Lockdown Browser taking away all functionality

I installed Respondus Lockdown Browser on my MacBook Air and now I’m unable to access anything. Mainly because I have time limits on…and it’s impossible to select the “ignore limit” option

what do I do?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.5

Uninstall the browser per the developer's instructions.

Is this a required app for a school? If so, and they had you install it, you might want to ask them about known issues.
