Apple TV movie not loading on Roku Device

I have already purchased a movie on the Apple TV app on my Roku device. The app loads just fine, but my purchases will not load. I have tried reinstalling the app, restarting the roku device, unplugging the router, turning off the automatic refresh rate, screen casting it with Airplay (which would not connect in the first place), and clearing the play and search history. Is there a way to get the movie to load?
