Apple ID payment method is being rejected

My mastercard is declined. I’ve tried multiple credit cards and still not working. There are 12 days to add applecare+ but I can’t do it😭 what should i do? Please help🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Payment Authorization Failed My billing information is correct. I do not have any other card. Apple accepts Mastercard. There is money on my card. I am 18 years old. Why wont apple accept my Mastercard for monthly installments. Literally begging apple to take money.
